Primo Chair by Swedese x Fabric Forest

In collaboration with the Swedish furniture company Swedese, we have developed the Primo chair with saddle girth in 100% paper yarn, sourced from wood fibers from the Swedish forest. Primo is a timeless design classic from 1980, designed by Yngve Ekström. The resemblance to the Lamino chair is evident, ensuring a piece of furniture with sustainable design, quality and functionality. Primo is crafted in layer-glued, molded veneer in oak or beech and is available with various surface treatments. The oak frame can be finished with natural lacquer, white-pigmented lacquer, oil or black-stained. The beech frame can be finished with natural lacquer, white-stained, black-stained or walnut-stained. The upholstery consists of braided saddle girth from Fabric Forest. Our weaving technique creates a robust and durable material, and the manufacturing process replaces fossil-based materials with renewable ones, contributing to lower environmental impact. The product is made in Sweden.
